Delayed onset of muscle soreness.

Is definitely unpleasant. I find it in my quads, hamstrings and lats more than anywhere else on my body. Excepting maybe my abs if I get into the flow of doing situps or crunches, which I’ll admit, is rare. Sore thighs make sleeping on a hard mattress a bit of a bitch. Hate using a roller to break down those fibres but I just might have too. Blargh! That or lather in some A535 and put my feet up. No good deed goes unpunished. Take care of yourselves out there.
