Is what we were met with as of 7:01 am this morning, and it has lasted nearly two hours before any kind of appreciable gap in the noise. Neighbours are having their crab apple tree removed from their front yard. Shame, it has such beautiful pink flowers in the spring time, but if it’s sick & dying or dropping hundreds of apples every single year I can understand doing away with it. Now we should start to hear chainsaws for an hour and then a peaceful return to silence. How is your Monday morning starting off?
